FontForge
FontForge is a freeware application that can create, edit, and convert font files in different formats. The application is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux-based platforms, and supports font formats like as TrueType, Bitmap, and PostScript.
To catalog and edit fonts, FontForge makes use of a proprietary “Spline Font Database” font database format. If you wish to design an accented glyph or generate a glyph outline using spiro points, FontForge offers features that let you do both. Additionally, glyphs from vector editors like Inkscape and Illustrator can be imported.
