MacVim is a source code editor designed for macOS. It is part of the Vim Projected which also contains Vim and gVim. It supports numerous programming languages and is highly effective for editing source code.

That said, MacVim is no longer supported on Mac OS X 10.9 and above. However, it still works for the versions below the mentioned version number.
