MAGIX Sound Forge

OPEN WEBSITE

Sound Forge by MAGIX is a professional waveform audio editor available for the Windows platform, originally developed by Sonic Foundry. In addition to creating samples, digitizing and restoring ancient recordings, and designing sound for videos, it is also used to record, edit, and analyze audio files.

With Sound Forge, you can record high-definition audio in 64-bit/192 kHz format on up to 32 channels simultaneously. You can also watch your recordings in a workflow that enables one-touch recording, lets you keep an eye on unarmed channels while you’re recording, and allows you to view your waveform as it’s being formed.
