Merkaartor
Merkaartor is an OpenStreetmap (OSM) editing software used to download, edit, and then upload map data to OSM accounts. The application can be installed on Windows, macOS, and Linux-based operating systems and is free to use.
It is primarily used to download map data and then make edits to it, where a user can create regions of interaction, link or divide roads, add nodes, define object properties, and apply styles to your map. Merkaartor can then save the data in different file formats, including .KML and .PDF, which can then be uploaded or shared over the internet.
