Strawberry Perl
Strawberry Perl creates an environment to create and edit applications in the Perl programming language on top of the Windows operating system. The UI of Strawberry Perl is very much similar to a Unix environment.
The software includes all the external libraries, Perl binaries, compiler, database clients, and everything else needed in a Perl environment.
