Seashore
Seashore is a free and open-source picture editor made entirely in Cocoa for iOS devices. Along with more fundamental tools like gradients, textures, text (with subpixel rendering), and brushes, it has more sophisticated capabilities like multiple layers and alpha channel manipulation.
