What is CUR File?

A CUR file contains an image or a small animation that you see for the Windows mouse pointer. Typically, it is a white arrow with a black border, but can be changed to a variety of different static images from the Windows settings, or even tiny animations such as a spinning hourglass, a spinning circle for loading, etc.

The .CUR files are installed by default with the Windows operating system, but you can create custom .CUR files and replace your mouse cursor with custom ones.
